Please Note : The 4 Sponsoring Hotels are ; Golden Nugget Hotel Casino ( 12 Team Block ), Monte Carlo ( 7 Team Block only ), Excalibur ( 2 Team Block ) and Luxor ( 2 Team Block ). These are the Official Sponsoring Hotels and ALL Teams must book their rooms at one of these 4 Hotels. All Parents MUST Use the Group Code Name for their Hotel when booking their rooms. These Group Code names are provided on the HOTEL Page of the tournament web site. Team Managers must send in to the Tournament Director ( Brian Serniak ) a Complete Team rooming list with all parent names for each room.

* * * This is a Prerequisite of your team acceptance into the Tournament.

NO Other accommodations are to be utilized by the teams. ALL Rooms must be booked through the Group Sales Department of the Sponsoring Hotel they are Staying at. Phone numbers and on-line booking are available on the Tournament Web Site on the "HOTEL" Page and look under each Hotel Logo for the phone number or online booking link.

* * When Booking Your Rooms, ALL Parents Must use the Group Name when booking. NO Outside booking Agents can be used by the Teams !!!

Failure to comply will result in disqualification to tournament.

Please book your rooms at sponsoring Hotels soon after sending in your application form and Cheque. * *

The sponsoring hotel of your division will review payment procedures, rooming list requirements and hotel regulations. * *

Notice: Team checking out of Tournament sponsoring Hotels for any reasons during the tournament will be disqualified from further play if they go to Non-sponsoring Hotels.

A Non-Refundable Deposit of $1000.00& U.S. is required with this application to hold your entry. * *

The full amount of team entry $2,095.00 U.S. is due prior to June 1, 2013. * *

Cheques are payable to – North American AAA Champions Cup. * *

Deadline for all filled out and submitted Application and Checklist forms is May 15, 2013.

Copies of player Birth Certificates must be on hand at all games with the team manager.

We ask all visiting teams to please stay at sponsoring hotels. Failure to do so will result in a team being returned their cheque (minus any charges or deposits).
