Please note: The tournament Sponsoring Hotels are: Monte Carlo ( 7 Team Block ONLY ) Golden Nugget ( 12 Team Block ONLY ) and the
Excalibur Hotel ( 12 Team Block ONLY ) > These are the Official Sponsoring Hotels and ALL Teams must stay at one of these
3 Hotels and All Parents must Book using the Group Code for that Hotel which is provided under the Hotel Section. All Team Managers
must send to the tournament Director a Complete Team Parent Booking list once they have started Booking their Rooms. No Exceptions !!

No other accommodations are to be utilized. ALL Rooms must be booked through either the Room Reservation Department of the Excalibur Hotel at 1-800-937-7777,
Group Code - TBA or the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino where parents can reserve their rooms by calling directly to Hotel Reservations Department at 1-800-634-3454 and IDENTIFY THEMSELVES THAT THEY ARE PART OF the "North American AAA Champions Cup" Group Code - TBA or the Monte Carlo Hotel Casino and call the Reservation Department at 1 - 800 - 311 - 8999 and use the Group Code : TBA

If you are booking at either Hotel the Group Code MUST be used when booking the team rooms. No outside booking agents may be utilized. * *

Failure to comply will result in disqualification to tournament.

Please book your rooms at sponsoring Hotels soon after sending in your application form and Cheque. * *

The sponsoring hotel of your division will review payment procedures, rooming list requirements and hotel regulations. * *

Notice: Team checking out of Tournament sponsoring Hotels for any reasons during the tournament will be disqualified from further play if they go to Non-sponsoring Hotels.

A Non-Refundable Deposit of $900.00& U.S. is required with this application to hold your entry. * *

The full amount of team entry $1,995.00 U.S. is due prior to June 1, 2012. * *

Cheques are payable to – North American AAA Champions Cup. * *

Deadline for all filled out and submitted Application and Checklist forms is January 30, 2012.

Copies of player Birth Certificates must be on hand at all games with the team manager.

We ask all visiting teams to please stay at sponsoring hotels. Failure to do so will result in a team being returned their cheque (minus any charges or deposits).
