Please note: The sponsoring hotels "Excalibur Hotel & Casino" and the "Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino" are the "Official Accommodations" for the North American AAA Champions Cup !! All hotel accommodations must be first booked through the tournament office. When booking through the tournament office a complete rooming list must be sent to us which will be forwarded on to the sponsoring Hotel. They in turn will contact you for credit card numbers to hold your rooms.

* * This is a prerequisite of your acceptance into the tournament.

No other accommodations are to be utilized. ALL Rooms must be booked through either the Room Reservation Department of the Excalibur Hotel at 1-800 - 937 - 7777, Group Code - XCHAMP or the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino where parents can reserve their rooms by calling directly to Hotel Reservations Department at 1 - 800 - 311 - 8999 and IDENTIFY THEMSELVES THAT THEY ARE PART OF the "North American AAA Champions Cup" Group Code - XCUP09.

If you are booking at either Hotel the Group Code MUST be used when booking the team rooms. No outside booking agents may be utilized. * *

Failure to comply will result in disqualification to tournament.

Please book your rooms at sponsoring Hotels soon after sending in your application form and Cheque. * *

The sponsoring hotel of your division will review payment procedures, rooming list requirements and hotel regulations. * *

Notice: Team checking out of Tournament sponsoring Hotels for any reasons during the tournament will be disqualified from further play if they go to Non-sponsoring Hotels.

A Non-Refundable Deposit of $900.00 U.S. is required with this application to hold your entry. * *

The full amount of team entry $1,895.00 U.S. is due prior to June 1, 2009. * *

Cheques are payable to – North American AAA Champions Cup. * *

Deadline for all filled out and submitted Application and Checklist forms is May 15th, 2009.

Copies of player Birth Certificates must be on hand at all games with the team manager.

We ask all visiting teams to please stay at sponsoring hotels. Failure to do so will result in a team being returned their cheque (minus any charges or deposits).
