All teams are to send into the tournament director

Parent rooming list plus any other rooms that relatives or friend may also want
for their stay during the tournament. All Parents registering for for Hotel
rooms are then asked to call 1- 800 - 937 - 7777 ( Room Reservation
Department) and Inform the Agent that you are booking for the Group Code -
XCHAMP
- North American AAA
Champions Cup.
All parents will have to Prepay for the first night stay by either credit card
or a check.
Teams and parents are asked to reserve their rooms before May 15, 2009 or
the special tournament rates could increase.
The Excalibur Hotel has given the tournament a Special rate for the
tournament dates.

Sunday to Thursday, July 5th to July 9th - $ 67.00 Plus Tax Per Night.
Friday July 3rd - $117.00 Plus Tax.
Saturday July 4th - $ 137.00 Plus Tax.
Friday & Saturday - July 10th & 11th - $97.00 Plus Tax Per Night.
Renovated Rooms ( Double Queen Rooms
)
Sunday to Thursday - July 5th to July 9th - $87.00 Plus Tax Per Night.
Friday & Saturday - July 10 & July 11th - $ 117.00 Plus Tax Per Night.
Friday July 3rd - $ 137.00 Plus Tax.
Saturday July 4th - $ 157.00 Plus Tax.
Note : If more then 2 ( two ) adult persons occupy a room, there is an
additional charge of $20.00 per night, $40 Per night for Quad Occupancy.
Children 12 and under in the same room using existing bedding are FREE of
Charge.
Also there is a $5.00 charge for arrivals for Bellman Gratuity to allow for
in-House baggage handling.

Monte Carlo Hotel must first have their team manager
send in to the Tournament Director a Rooming List for their team
( b.serniak@shaw.ca ) before the parents start to register.
All parents registering for their rooms must use the information on this page to
register.
No outside agencies can register for a team or parents.
All parents calling in must call the Hotel Reservation Department at ( 1-800 -
311 - 8999 ) and tell them that you are part of the North American AAA Champions
Cup Hockey Tournament

Sunday July 5th to Thursday July 9th - Double Queen room - $ 75.00 Plus Tax of
9%
Diamond Suites - $ 225.00 Plus Tax ( limited rooms available )
Monaco Suites - $ 155.00 Plus Tax ( limited rooms available )
Friday & Saturday July 10th & 11th - Double Queen Rooms - $ 169.00 Plus Tax
Diamond Suites - $ 319.00 Plus Tax ( limited rooms available )
Monaco Suites - $ 249.00 Plus Tax ( limited Rooms Available )
NOTE - There are only 6 Diamond Suites and 6 Monaco Suites available and are on
a first come first serve Basis when booking.
