team and booking Rooms, Example : we need the team name and year ( 1999 winter hawks ) and a complete list of the families

Then all parents are asked to phone the toll free number 1-800-634-3454 and tell the agent you are booking rooms under the
"North American AAA Champions Cup" Code Name !!!! OR Book on-line by clicking on the On-Line line which is under
the Golden Nugget Logo on this page !!

All parents booking their room must use the CODE NAME and You will be asked to Prepay by a credit card the first nights room and tax.

Teams and parents are asked to book their room by no later then June 1st, 2010 as after that date rates will increase. The Golden
Nugget Hotel has given the Tournament a Special tournament rate for this occasion.

Standard Double Queen or King Bed Room ( maximum of 4 to a room )

Fri.   July 2nd & Sat. July 3rd - $89.00 + tax ( 13% )
Sun. July 4th to Thu. July 8th - $49.00 + tax
Fri.   July 9th & Sat.  July 10th - $89.00 + tax

Up Grades to the New "Rush Tower" are available. Please consult the Sales Agent for Rates when booking. Please ask the Agent for what Up Grades are Available ( Suites, fridges, Views etc. )
* * * Note : There is no Resort fee as most of the Strip Hotels are Now Charging besides the nightly rate.

Note : The "Golden Nugget Hotel Casino" is Newly renovated and also has the Brand New Rush Tower which opened Dec of 2009. The Hotel is a 4 Star Hotel and has some of the Finest Restaurants in North America and there is lots of fun for the Parents & Kids in their 2 Huge Pools and Games Room. The Golden Nugget is also on the Famous "Freemont Street" which has tons of fun and things to see and do. There is the Huge Shark/Fish Aquarium at the One Huge Pool which has a Kids and Parents Tube Slide that runs right through the Shark Aquarium !!!! For the Parents there is Blackjack right along side the Pool so you can play and watch the Kids !!!! You will not be Disappointed when staying at the Golden Nugget !!!!!!!!!

Online Booking

All teams are to send into the tournament director Brian Serniak (b.serniak@shaw.ca) a Team / Parent rooming list plus any other rooms that relatives or friend may also want for their stay during the tournament. All Parents registering for for Hotel rooms are then asked to call 1-800- 937- 7777 (Room Reservation Department) and inform the Agent that you are booking for the Group Code - XNACMP - North American AAA Champions Cup.

All parents will have to Prepay for the first night stay by either credit card or a check.

Teams and parents are asked to reserve their rooms before June 1, 2010 or the special tournament rates could increase.

The Excalibur Hotel has given the tournament a Special rate for the tournament dates.

Sat. July 3rd $111.00 & $7.50 resort fee = $118.50 + 12% tax
Sun. July 4th $  56.00 & $7.50 resort fee = $63.50 + 12 % tax
Mon. July 5 to Thu. July 8th $  31.00 & $7.50 resort fee = $38.50 + 12 % tax
Fri & Sat July 9th & 10th $  91.00 & $7.50 resort fee = $98.00 + 12 % tax

Renovated Rooms King Bedroom or Double Queen Room:

Sat. July 3rd $131.00 & $7.50 resort fee = $138.50 + 12% tax
Sun. July 4th $  76.00 & $7.50 resort fee = $83.50 + 12 % tax
Mon. July 5 to Thu. July 8th $  51.00 & $7.50 resort fee = $78.50 + 12 % tax
Fri & Sat July 9th & 10th $111.00 & $7.50 resort fee = $118.00 + 12 % tax

Note : If more then 2 ( two ) adult persons occupy a room, there is an additional charge of $20.00 per night, $40 Per night for Quad Occupancy. Children 12 and under in the same room using existing bedding are FREE of Charge.

Also there is a $7.00 charge for arrivals for Bellman Gratuity to allow for in-House baggage handling.
